: It was very clean and the room quite large with a separate seating area.
: The bed was a little too hard and pillows firmer then we liked. This caused me some shoulder pain.

: The flooring in the room was nice and looked fairly new. The refrigerator was clean.
: There room was definitely reserved for pretty owners that are expected to trash the room. All of the upholstered furniture was stained and dirty looking. The bathroom door looked like it had been through a street fight. The bathroom caulking was so black that I opted to wash up in the sink and skip showering. The peephole in the door had a tissue stuffed in it. The extra $15 charge for a pet was not disclosed on the website.

Traveller Type: young couple
: Quiet even though right on the I5 freeway. Large room with sofa for sitting while watching TV was nice.
: Not many choices for the continental breakfast, but staff very helpful.

Traveller Type: group
: When I checked in I was quite a bit earlier then check in time and the gentleman at the front desk made it possible for us to get in a room then instead of having to wait a few hours. I fully appreciated him for that.
: Originally i was pput in a room upstairs that was very nice but when he realized i was traveling with my pet he moved me to a room downstairs that was horrible, It was dingy, had a dirty ice bucket, the bed was HORRIBLE and the other furniture in there was ripped and dirty. When trying to call the front desk for internet code the lady told me to come to office and she was pretty rude. She treated me as if I was asking too much of her. She never smiled once. Just very very rude.
